Privacy Policy
Version 1.0 — Effective February 23, 2026
Privacy at a Glance
- ✓Your code stays on your machine. AgentGuard runs locally — your source code and AI API keys never touch our servers.
- ✓We only collect usage metadata (token counts, costs, archetype names) — for statistical analysis and quality assurance purposes only.
- ✓Archetype quality data is open. Aggregate statistics about archetype performance are used transparently to ensure marketplace quality.
- ✓No selling of data. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information or usage data to third parties.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email, name, and password (hashed). This is required to provide platform access.
API Key Data: If you use AgentGuard to manage AI API keys, those keys are encrypted at rest using AES-256 and never transmitted to our servers unless explicitly required for API calls.
Usage Metadata: We collect non-content data such as token counts, API costs, archetype names used, and general feature usage patterns. This data is aggregated and anonymized for analytics and quality assurance.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To provide platform access and feature functionality
- To improve service quality, performance, and user experience
- To detect and prevent fraud or abuse
- To comply with legal and regulatory obligations
- To send service announcements and support communications
- Optional: To send product updates and marketing communications (if opted in)
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share aggregated, anonymized usage statistics with third parties for analytics and research. We may disclose data when required by law or to protect our legal rights.
4. Data Retention
Account data is retained for the duration of your account. Usage metadata is retained for up to 2 years for analytics purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@rlabs.cl.
6. Security
We employ industry-standard encryption (TLS/HTTPS) and security measures to protect your data. However, no security system is 100% secure. We recommend using strong passwords and enabling two-factor authentication where available.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
